Valid Driver's License - AU Driver Policy Requirements (C123) All candidates must possess a valid driver's license that meets the requirements outlined in the AU Driver Policy (C123). Valid Driver's License - In Job State (C124) Candidates must also hold a valid driver's license that is recognized in the state where the job will be performed, as per the In Job State policy (C124). This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment. * Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It's all up to you. This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed., * Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees at a front desk within a logistics and distribution location. * Manage visitor and driver check-in and check-out processes, verify identification and access authorization, and maintain required visitor records. * Monitor entry activity, visitor access, and site communications while following site-specific procedures and Allied Universal policies. * Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders as directed. * Assist with access control, badge issuance, package and delivery coordination, and other security-related front desk duties to help deter unauthorized access.
