 * Knowledge of MS Windows client and server operating systems.
 * Good knowledge of Windows print server management.
 * T-SQL knowledge would be a plus.
 * Demonstrated ability in technical troubleshooting support for software applications or hardware problems.

* Deliver prompt and effective technical support to software users.
 * Support desktop hardware maintenance, including installation, configuration, upgrades, and repairs.
 * Proficient with databases (MS SQL, MySQL) and Microsoft web servers.
 * Backup to in-field IT setup; installing systems and hands on maintenance.
