## Description

Dans le cadre du renforcement d'une équipe infrastructure réseau, nous recherchons un(e) Expert Réseau N3 pour intervenir sur le support avancé, la gestion des incidents complexes et l'amélioration continue des services réseau.

Vos missions
Assurer le support réseau de niveau 3.
Analyser et résoudre les incidents et problèmes complexes.
Piloter le suivi des tickets et incidents en coordination avec le centre de services.
Participer au maintien en conditions opérationnelles des infrastructures réseau.
Contribuer à l'amélioration des processus d'exploitation et de support.
