This position partners with executive leadership, business unit leaders, and operational stakeholders to ensure technology investments accelerate business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enable innovation across the firm's architectural and engineering practices. This role ensures the firm's technology landscape remains scalable, secure, reliable, and aligned with the needs of a rapidly growing organization. Responsibilities Enterprise Technology Strategy & Leadership Develop and execute a multi-year enterprise technology roadmap aligned with company growth objectives. * Partner with the Executive IT leadership to establish technology priorities, investment strategies, and modernization initiatives. * Translate business objectives into scalable technology solutions that support engineering, design, project delivery, and corporate operations. * Establish enterprise technology standards, governance frameworks, and decision-making processes. * Lead technology planning initiatives supporting projected 15% annual organizational growth. Enterprise Architecture & Technology Governance * Define and maintain the enterprise technology architecture across: * Business applications * Engineering/design platforms * Cloud services * Integration platforms * Data platforms * Collaboration technologies * End-user computing ecosystems Establish technology lifecycle management processes. Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend strategic adoption opportunities.
