## About the Role

* Bachelor's Degree in a STEM discipline from an accredited university, or a Master's Degree in a STEM discipline from an accredited university.

 * Familiarity authoring test procedures, managing test facility interfaces, and ensuring data integrity and cataloging.

 * Familiarity with test execution, diagnostics, and formal requirement decomposition with traceability and verification.

 * Familiarity creating automated test scripts that integrate with hardware interfaces.

 * Familiarity in at least one of the following programming environments: MATLAB, C, C++, C#, and/or Python.

 * Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple, shifting priorities while maintaining safety standards.

 * Ability to obtain and maintain an active US Government Secret Level security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

 * Active US Government Secret Level security clearance.

 * Experience in System Test efforts in a dynamic work environment.

## Description

* Develop and direct preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans, procedures, and schedules for complete systems. This includes designing a formal qualification strategy to qualify new system designs utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel, DOORS.

 * Using scripting knowledge to develop test scripts to automate test campaigns.

 * Coordinate integrated testing activities.

 * Review and evaluate test requirements to ensure completeness of test program.

 * Perform technical analysis of complete systems and prepares comprehensive system level evaluations.

 * Conduct formal technical reviews, such as Test Readiness Reviews (TRRs) with internal stakeholders and external customers.

 * Assess performance of Navigation Systems and Mission Computers by analyzing data using MATLAB or similar software.

 * Act as the primary technical point of contact during test events, managing customer expectations and reporting results.
