Infrastructure Operations & Support: Proven experience managing, monitoring, and maintaining enterprise IT infrastructure across client, server, storage, and network devices.

Tier 1 & Tier 2 Troubleshooting: Strong ability to perform problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution for user end-point issues as well as complex infrastructure escalations.

OS Administration (UNIX/Linux & Windows): Hands-on experience configuring, installing, patching, and maintaining both UNIX/Linux and Windows operating systems.

Network & Hardware Configuration: Skilled in troubleshooting network components, managing hardware dispatch and replacement workflows, and implementing system enhancements to boost reliability and performance.

Incident Escalation & Customer Communication: Demonstrated skill in tracking incident resolution end-to-end and effectively communicating system status to leadership and technical users.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline, PLUS 10+ years of professional experience in data science, NLP, or software engineering OR High School Diploma / GED, PLUS 15+ years of specialized technical experience in lieu of a degree.
