## About the Role

Required:

 * Bachelor's degree and six years' experience.
 * Must be a U.S. citizen and be able to obtain a Tier 3 (T3) Public Trust Clearance.
 * Must be IAT Level II.
 * Advanced proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
 * Strong knowledge of DAX, Power Query, and core data modeling concepts.
 * Deep understanding of SQL, MS Dataverse, and underlying data structures.
 * Expertise in knowledge management and KPI tracking.
 * Strong communication and ability to lead cross-functional development initiatives.
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 * Skilled in identifying and addressing client needs, actively participating in client discussions and meetings, and preparing concise, accurate documents.
 * Applies advanced concepts, processes, practices, and procedures on assignments.
 * Proficient using Microsoft Office products and related applications.
 * Ability to work with stakeholders to assess and mitigate potential risks.
 * Must be organized, self-motivated, and able to multitask in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
 * Demonstrated ability to excel independently and as a team member in a lively, collaborative environment.

Desired:

 * Prior DoD experience; Defense Health Agency or Military Health System experience

## Description

* Lead the design, development, and management of Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and Power BI reporting.
 * Oversee organizational knowledge management, including SOP creation, storage, sharing, and content lifecycle governance.
 * Develop and maintain Power BI executive dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and decision ready insights.
 * Track and report KPIs to assess performance of knowledge management and process automation systems.
 * Provide training and support for staff using Power Platform tools.
 * Collaborate with business analysts, backend developers, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and ensure alignment with organizational needs.
 * Travel: occasional travel may be required to support customer events and meetings.
