## About the Role

* Experience setting up and configuring Linux servers
 * Experience building and configuring Windows management services, including SCCM, WSUS, SQL, and Task Flows within SCCM
 * Experience hardening Windows servers, Linux servers, and VMWare using Department of Defense ( DoD ) Security Technical Implementation Guides ( STIGs )
 * Knowledge of PKI implementation, including X.509 certificates and certificate authorities
 * Ability to accurately depict network diagrams using Micro sof t Visio
 * Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
 * Secret clearance
 * Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

 * Experience working in coordination with the commer cia l mobile industry to assess mobile technologies for the U.S. government
 * Experience working in classified spaces to implement solutions
 * Experience implementing certificate-based encryption on network devices
 * Experience building out and configuring PKI or certificate authority solutions
 * Knowledge of CSfC Capability Packages ( CPs )
 * Ability to independently initiate, manage, execute, and report tasks
 * Ability to communicate complex network principles and designs to clients
 * VMWare Certified Professional or Micro sof t Certified Solution Developer Certification

## Description

Design, test, and deploy architectures, including VMWare ESXi infrastructure, Windows domains, and Linux servers. Develop and design documentation and conduct technical information system security testing in support of the appropriate security risk management processes using security assessment and technical testing efforts to identify and patch vulnerabilities to the systems being developed. Install, configure, and troubleshoot applications running on Windows and Linux server operating systems. Demonstrate knowledge of the fundamentals of data center design best practices, rackmount equipment installation and maintenance, cable management, network attached storage, direct attached storage, and storage protocols.
