* 10+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack or backend Java development.
 * Expert-level proficiency in JAVA with hands-on experience in AWS
 * Strong experience with Spring Boot and the broader Spring ecosystem.
 * Deep understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, Kafka and distributed systems.
 * Proficiency with Oracle databases, including SQL, PL/SQL, performance tuning, and schema design.
 * Solid understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices.
 * Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD tools
