## About the Role

We are seeking a customer-focused Desktop Support Technician to provide hands-on IT support at the client's site. The ideal candidate will have experience with laptop imaging, configuration, deployment, and end-user technical support, along with strong communication and customer service skills., Experience in desktop support, laptop deployment, imaging, and configuration.
Familiarity with Lenovo and Apple products.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer-facing support skills.
Ability to work onsite five days per week.

## Description

Image, configure, deploy, and set up laptops and end-user devices.
Provide hands-on desktop and laptop support to employees.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic technical issues.
Support Lenovo and Apple devices.
Use ServiceNow to manage service requests, incidents, and support tickets.
Deliver excellent customer service and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
Collaborate with the IT team to maintain efficient day-to-day support operations.
