* 10+ years of Program Management Exp including Change Management
 * 2+ years of experience Auditing Artifacts and Project Governance
 * Must have Advanced expertise at Excel - Understands Marco and spreadsheets, * 5+ years Change Management or Project Management Experience
 * 5+ years Banking domain experience supporting
 * 3+ years Governance experience
 * 2+ years of Risk/audit experience.
 * 2+ years of experience in using JIRA, Confluence, Remedy

Desired Qualifications:

 * University Degree or equivalent work experience
 * Experience in working on project using matured Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies and models: i.e., Agile, Waterfall, Iterative, etc.

 * Experience in Environment Management

## Description

* This job is responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of project/program deliverables which requires the engagement of multiple teams. Key responsibilities include communicating work objectives, coordinating delivery, facilitating sync points across teams, providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables, and managing program risk and compliance to standards. Job expectations include ensuring delivery meets the client's expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline, and cost., * Demonstrated experience conducting audit and governance activities.
 * Strong Change Management experience including stakeholder analysis, Training Strategy and Communication planning.
 * Strong ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and generate solutions.
 * Plan and execute communication strategies to ensure clear and consistent messaging throughout the change process.
 * Conduct stakeholder analysis to understand the impact of changes and ensure effective engagement.
 * Develop and implement training strategies to support the adoption of new technologies and processes.
 * Conduct business analysis and engagement to gather requirements and identify opportunities for improvement.
 * Deliver compelling presentations to leadership and executives, effectively communicating the value proposition of proposed changes.
 * Responsible for implementing Change Management standards and Procedures.
 * Experience creating executive presentations.
 * Deep understanding of Software Development Lifecycle inclusive of Plan Build, Test, Deploy
 * Executes within Enterprise Change Management processes and guidelines.
 * Create metrics and report on change management activities.
 * Managing and maintaining testing-related documentation, including test plans and project plans
 * Experience coordinating tracking problems and communicating solutions.
 * Able to provide guidance to mid-level and junior-level resources, assist Leads and Managers, executive level presence and able to contribute to innovative ideas, etc.
