## About the Role

Required

 * Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals (algorithms, data structures, design patterns)
 * Full stack web development experience across modern web and backend ecosystems
 * At least 3 years of experience in a software engineering role
 * Experience in modern object-oriented programming languages (Python, Java, C#, Kotlin, Swift, etc.)
 * Familiarity with relational databases and SQL
 * Strong communication and collaboration skills
 * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, interdisciplinary environment

Preferred

 * Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Windsurf/Devin, Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) is a plus
 * Experience working in AWS or similar cloud environments
 * Experience with Kubernetes and containerization

## Description

As a Full Stack Engineer, you will work across our React-based web application and Python microservices architecture, leveraging AI-assisted development tools and automation frameworks to accelerate delivery and improve quality.

You will operate in an agile environment with two-week sprints, collaborating closely with engineering, product, and end users to continuously enhance platform capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

 * Own end-to-end feature development across front-end, back-end microservices, and data layers
 * Design and develop microservices powering investment portfolio construction and direct indexing solutions
 * Build, deploy, and maintain services within a Kubernetes-based cloud environment
 * Troubleshoot production issues and provide support for high-availability systems
 * Continuously modernize platform components and adopt best-in-class technologies
 * Leverage AI coding assistants and agentic workflows to accelerate feature development, testing, and debugging while maintaining high engineering standards
