## Description

Based at Mandarin Oriental Lutetia, Paris the IT Assistant reports directly to the IT Manager and IT Director.

As IT Assistant you will be responsible for the following duties:

 * IT Asset Management: Ensure regular maintenance, perform software updates, and manage the installation of hardware and software.
 * System and Network Administration: Configure, deploy, and maintain network infrastructure and servers.
 * Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and networking.
 * User Training and Support: Assist and train users on IT tools and respond to their daily technical needs.
 * IT Security Compliance: Monitor and enforce the company's IT security policies to ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and availability.
 * Data Protection and Confidentiality: Implement measures to safeguard sensitive information and control access rights.
 * Inventory Management: Maintain up-to-date records of hardware and software assets across the IT infrastructure.
 * Technology Watch: Stay up to date with emerging technologies and propose improvements to optimize systems and services.
