## Description

* Provide hands-on technical support for Windows and macOS computers
 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues
 * Install, configure, repair, and modify computer hardware and software
 * Support employee onboarding and technology equipment setup
 * Manage computer equipment inventories and replacement schedules
 * Assist with network administration and file-access permissions
 * Document incidents, troubleshooting steps, and completed work
 * Deliver and install technology equipment for campus customers
 * Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex technical issues
 * Participate in technology projects and system deployments
 * Provide clear and professional communication to customers
