## About the Role

Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, public administration, management information systems or a related field from an accredited college or university AND Three years of related experience, Two years of which include management/supervisory experience.
Preferred
Qualification:

 * Experience managing complex technology projects or programs.
 * Experience supervising project managers, program managers, or business analysts.
 * Experience establishing or leading a Project Management Office.
 * Experience managing an enterprise portfolio of technology initiatives.
 * Experience working in state government, public sector, corrections, public safety, or another highly regulated environment.
 * Experience with project intake, prioritization, governance, stage gate reviews, and executive reporting.
 * Project Management Professional certification.
 * Certification or demonstrated training in business analysis, Agile, Scrum, Lean, Six Sigma, IT Service management, or organizational change management.
 * Experience using project and portfolio management tools such as Microsoft Project, Project Online, Azure DevOps, Jira, Smartsheet, ServiceNow, or similar platforms
