## About the Role

*8-15+ years across solution architecture, software engineering, technical consulting, or customer-facing engineering roles.

\n

*Demonstrated ability to write code, build prototypes, and deliver working software grounded in implementation reality.

\n

*Strong enterprise and data architecture expertise, including APIs, integrations, data modeling, identity resolution, and customer data platforms.

\n

*Experience designing across complex, multi-system environments involving event-driven architectures, streaming or batch pipelines, data lakes, and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.

\n

*Experience with security, compliance, privacy, data governance, and regulated environments; familiarity with data sovereignty and GDPR is a plus.

\n

*Strong customer empathy, communication, business acumen, and ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

\n

*Experience with AEP, RTCDP, AJO, CJA, Target, CDPs, MDM, martech, or comparable data platforms is strongly preferred.

\n

*Growth mindset, bias toward action, and fluency with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or equivalent.
