## About the Role

* Requires an ABET accredited B.S. or equivalent degree in computer engineering, computer science, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, systems engineering, or other relevant field with 15+ years of prior experience.
 * Candidates must have knowledge of and experience with defense or commercial test engineering practices and processes.
 * Candidates must have experience developing and executing hardware or software test plans and procedures.
 * Candidates must have direct, hands-on experience with hardware, software, or system integration, troubleshooting and testing.
 * The position may require working outside in all weather conditions and lifting up to 50 pounds.
 * The position may require minimal travel for test events (approximately 4 weeks a year).
 * US Citizenship is required and secret security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

 * At least eight years of experience with test planning and execution.
 * Working knowledge and operation of electronic test equipment (e.g. oscilloscope, voltmeter, signal analyzer/generator)
 * Working knowledge of software languages Python, C, C++, C# and or firmware languages for Xilinx or Altera devices
 * Experience with Linux, Matlab, Labview, and WireShark
 * Experience preparing and presenting briefings and/or demonstrations to customers and management
 * Planning and executing demonstration tests and US Gov't test ranges/facilities

## Description

* Working directly with the customer and contractors to execute program requirements.
 * Creating, modifying, and executing test plans to satisfy program requirements.
 * Completing requirements verification and validation documentation and reports.
 * Coordinating test personnel and equipment across multiple events.
 * Work directly with OEM's and internal MFG to reliably get product to market.
 * Briefing both internal and external parties on test results and data.
