## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field and three (3) to five (5) years of software development experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
 * Thorough knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), C#, .NET or .NET Core, Angular, and databases such as MS SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
 * Ability to design and implement well-structured, scalable web services and front ends, with practical knowledge of using AI to support development work.
 * Comprehensive knowledge of testing practices and techniques, with the ability to learn and work across different programming languages, frameworks, and design patterns.
 * 12 credit hours of college-level Biblical Studies (required); if not already completed, an opportunity to meet and complete the requirement is available upon hire.

## Description

In the role of Software Developer, you will have the opportunity to:

 * Maintain a personal, active relationship with Jesus Christ and is a consistent witness for Jesus Christ.
 * Develop clean, testable code for web and mobile interfaces, APIs, services, and databases in accordance with established standards. Use AI tools appropriately to improve development speed and accuracy.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve defects, write automated tests, and improve application performance with guidance from senior team members.
 * Partner with the Product Technical Lead and Senior Developers to deliver scalable, maintainable features aligned with technical direction and business goals.
 * Collaborate with the product team to understand user needs, and participate in sprint planning, technical discussions, and code reviews.
 * Support integration, deployment, and production operations, including occasional after-hours support for critical incidents, urgent issues, and scheduled deployments.
 * Other duties as assigned.
