## Description

* Configure and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, flows, and validations to support school operations and central teams.
 * Manage user setup, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security to ensure data integrity and compliance.
 * Design and maintain reports and dashboards for school leaders and network teams to drive data-informed decisions.
 * Perform regular data imports, cleansing, deduplication, and quality audits across student, staff, and operational data.
 * Partner with academic, operations, and data teams to translate school needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
 * Support and troubleshoot issues, responding quickly to tickets and training end users on Salesforce best practices.
 * Document configurations, workflows, and processes to ensure reliability, transparency, and knowledge transfer.
 * Collaborate with technology and data teams on integrations between Salesforce and other K-12 systems (SIS, HR, etc.).
