You'll sit with reps, carrier sales, and operations, learn exactly how they work, and then build and ship the software that changes how they work. When we roll out a new automation, you own it end to end: writing the code, configuring it, training the team, watching it perform in real work, and fixing what doesn't fit. This role is equal parts building and deploying. Some days you'll be extending our platform, building integrations, or creating new tools for the floor. Other days you'll be training a team, running a pilot with a group of reps, or digging into why a workflow isn't getting used. You'll ship most fixes and features yourself, and work closely with our core engineering team on larger architecture changes. What You'll Do * Build features, integrations, and tools on our always-on automation platform * Help redesign core brokerage workflows, from load intake and carrier sourcing to booking, tracking, and follow-up * Own the rollout of new automations and AI tools across the brokerage, team by team * Spend real time on the floor watching how work gets done, then build what removes the friction * Configure, test, and improve AI voice agents based on how they perform on real calls * Connect our platform to the tools around it: phone systems, load boards, CRMs, TMSs, and carrier data sources * Write SQL and scripts to investigate issues, clean data, and fix problems * Train reps and operations staff, and write clear guides they'll actually use * Track adoption and results: who's using what, how much time it saves, and where it's falling short * Build and maintain the playbook for how we implement new technology
