## About the Role

Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent relevant experience if permitted by contract; experience in platform engineering, systems engineering, cloud engineering, or infrastructure support; Experience with Kubernetes, container platforms, or similar orchestration technologies; Familiarity with automation tools, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code concepts; Understanding of monitoring, logging, and platform support processes; Strong troubleshooting and collaboration skills., * Analytical Thinking

## Description

Supports the design, implementation, and administration of platform services used to host and operate modern applications. Works with container platforms, orchestration technologies, automation tools, and shared services to improve platform reliability, scalability, and usability. Contributes to platform lifecycle management and supports the adoption of standard engineering practices across environments.
This position is located in our Lafayette, Louisiana office; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable., Implement, configure, and maintain platform infrastructure and shared services; Support the administration of container orchestration platforms and related components; Perform platform upgrades, patching, and lifecycle maintenance activities; Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues affecting availability, performance, or integration; Develop and maintain automation scripts and deployment processes; Support application teams with onboarding, configuration, and platform usage; Ensure platform operations comply with security, documentation, and operational standards; Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance platform performance and supportability.
