* 12+ years of software engineering experience.
 * Strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
 * Deep experience in System Design, Software Architecture, and Distributed Systems.
 * Hands-on Kafka and Event-Driven Architecture experience.
 * Strong REST APIs and enterprise integrations.
 * Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
 * Proven technical leadership with continued hands-on development experience.

## Description

We are seeking a highly experienced, hands-on Full Stack Lead with a strong Backend Engineering focus to lead the design, architecture, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications., * Lead system design, architecture, and backend development using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.

 * Design distributed, event-driven systems using Apache Kafka.
 * Own REST API design, enterprise integrations, and application data flows.
 * Remain hands-on with coding, code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
 * Lead engineering teams and drive technical delivery through production.
 * Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and frontend/mobile teams.
