## Description

The Test Technician will support production testing, failure analysis, and hardware repair activities to ensure quality standards and on-time delivery. This role involves working closely with production, engineering, and management teams to meet operational targets and customer expectations., System Testing

 * Set up systems for production testing.
 * Perform system updates and verify configurations.
 * Execute system test scripts and established testing procedures.
 * Identify error codes and troubleshoot system issues.
 * Conduct failure analysis and diagnose hardware problems.
 * Perform hardware repairs according to approved procedures.

Issue Resolution

 * Identify and resolve technical issues affecting systems under test.
 * Escalate issues impacting production schedules to technicians, team leads, and supervisors.
 * Communicate technical findings and repair status clearly.
