## About the Role

Previous IT Tech experience; experience with networking and servers preferred.
-Degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Technology, Computer Science, or other equivalent disciplines preferred yet not required.
-Good customer service skills to interact with clients in an in-person environment.
-A passion for technology and helping others.
-Valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle required

Education:

 * Associate (Preferred)

Experience:

 * Computer networking: 1 year (Preferred)
 * IT Technician: 2 years (Preferred)

## Description

This role is ideal for an experienced IT professional who enjoys solving problems, working directly with clients, and taking ownership of support issues from start to finish. You'll be responsible for handling day-to-day support requests, maintaining client environments, assisting with projects, and helping businesses get the most from their technology investments.

Some typical duties:
-Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems (for both Windows and Mac), as well as server and network problems.
-Assist with installations, upgrades, system backups, and virus removal.
-Provide regular customer support for other issues as needed.
