The selected candidate will serve as a primary IT resource for an assigned office while collaborating with a broader corporate IT team to ensure systems remain secure, reliable, and efficient across multiple locations., Systems Administration & Infrastructure * Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Entra ID, and Intune. * Manage Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and file services. * Support and maintain virtualization platforms, including VMware and Proxmox. * Monitor server performance, backups, system updates, endpoint security, and overall infrastructure health. * Assist with server upgrades, infrastructure migrations, disaster recovery planning, and technology improvement projects. Automation & Process Improvement * Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot PowerShell scripts to automate routine administrative tasks. * Support automation related to software deployments, endpoint management, Microsoft 365 administration, inventory, and reporting. * Identify opportunities to improve system reliability, security, and operational efficiency. * Create and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
