Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and everything else: the content, the calendar, the community and the paid ads. You'll turn a busy print floor and a 10-year founder story into posts that get people to stop scrolling, and you'll turn those posts into leads. This is not a "schedule three posts a week" job. It's for a hungry self-starter who wants to own a channel, ship fast, learn faster, and see their work show up in the pipeline. Early-career candidates are welcome. We care about drive and talent more than years on a résumé. What you'll do Own the feeds. Plan and run the content calendar on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok (X and YouTube too). Every channel gets its own voice, and all of it sounds like Ink'd. Make the content. Shoot and edit short-form video and photos on the floor: presses running, kits getting packed, logos on Lululemon and Patagonia, finished drops landing. Write captions that sound like a person, not a promo catalog. Run the ads. Build, launch and optimize paid social campaigns (Meta, plus LinkedIn as we grow) aimed at the people who buy merch: HR, people-ops, marketing and office leaders. Test, read the numbers, cut what's not working and scale what is. Tell the story. Turn Jay's Blog, client wins, new-hire kits and seasonal drops into posts, reels and carousels. Work LinkedIn. Grow the company page and help amplify the founder's voice where our B2B buyers actually spend their time. Listen and engage. Reply to comments and DMs, watch what competitors and the promo industry are doing, and spot trends early. Measure everything. Track reach, engagement, traffic and leads with native analytics and Google Analytics. Report what worked, what didn't, and what you'll try next. Keep it on-brand. Work with our team on messaging, client features, and protecting our reputation online. What you bring Real social media experience: a brand, a business, a club, a creator account, or your own feed with results you can show us.
