## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree preferred. 1-2 years of related experience required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
 * Hands-on programming experience with Python and/or Java, with willingness to work with both.
 * Experience with ServiceNow (SNOW) or integrating applications/automation with ServiceNow.
 * Good understanding of Linux/Unix and scripting.
 * Basic understanding of CI/CD and DevOps practices.
 * Familiarity with REST APIs and system integrations.
 * Exposure to cloud, containers, or infrastructure automation.
 * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
 * Eagerness to learn and develop deeper SRE, automation, and reliability engineering skills.

## Description

* Develop and maintain automation and internal tools using Python and Java.
 * Integrate automation and operational workflows with ServiceNow (SNOW).
 * Support CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
 * Automate repetitive infrastructure and operational processes.
 * Support infrastructure capacity monitoring, forecasting, and rightsizing.
 * Work with Linux, APIs, cloud and container technologies.
 * Assist with Kubernetes/Docker and Infrastructure-as-Code tooling.
 * Support monitoring, observability, troubleshooting, and reliability improvements.
 * Collaborate with SRE, application, infrastructure, and platform teams.
