## Description

* Gather, document, and translate business requirements from stakeholders across departments into clear functional specifications and user stories
 * Design, develop, and maintain BI reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions to support data-driven decision-making
 * Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, analyze, and validate data from enterprise systems, ensuring accuracy and reliability
 * Identify opportunities to improve business processes, recommend system enhancements, and support the implementation of new tools or upgrades
 * Collaborate with IT, operations, finance, and other teams to test solutions, validate data integrity, and drive adoption of reporting and analytics tools
 * Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), support data governance initiatives, and deliver actionable insights to leadership
