## About the Role

Do you have experience in Salesforce UI tools?, * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

 * 7+ years in application development, including 5+ years with Salesforce Health Cloud
 * Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, JavaScript, Flows, REST/SOAP APIs
 * Experience with CI/CD, DevOps tools, and Agile methodologies
 * Proven ability to lead technical teams and influence stakeholders
 * Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset

Nice to Have:

 * Salesforce Application Architect certification
 * Experience with OmniStudio and government-regulated environments

Additional Requirements:

 * U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain DoD clearance

In this role, you'll own the architectural vision for Salesforce Health Cloud-translating business needs into innovative, secure, and scalable technical solutions. You'll collaborate closely with development teams, administrators, and third-party partners, providing hands-on leadership across integrations, data strategy, and system design. From defining architecture standards to building proof-of-concept solutions, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of the platform.

What You'll Do:

 * Design end-to-end Salesforce Health Cloud architecture and integration strategies
 * Lead technical direction across development teams and vendor partners
 * Translate business requirements into scalable, high-performing solutions
 * Define and maintain architecture artifacts, standards, and best practices
 * Support integrations, data models, and security frameworks
 * Contribute to DevOps strategies, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile delivery
 * Drive innovation through POCs and continuous improvement initiatives
