This role is responsible for maintaining hardware, software, and network systems while delivering friendly, responsive service to employees. In a community banking environment, this position requires a hands-on, service-oriented approach, supporting a close-knit team where technology plays a critical role in delivering reliable, secure service to customers., * Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues * Respond to help desk tickets, phone calls, and in-person requests across branches and departments * Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other peripherals * Diagnose and resolve technical issues both remotely and on-site * Set up new employees with equipment, system access, and user accounts * Perform routine system maintenance * Support core banking applications, email systems, and productivity tools * Document issues, resolutions, and IT processes * Assist in maintaining IT security standards and protecting sensitive customer information * Coordinate with third-party vendors and service providers when needed * Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff as appropriate, * Primarily office-based with regular travel between local branches as needed * May require occasional after-hours support for system updates or urgent issues * Hands-on role involving setup and movement of equipment Why Join Us As a community bank, we pride ourselves on building strong relationships-with our customers and our team.
