This role monitors, assesses, and troubleshoots computer systems, networks, devices, software, and data connectivity, including WAN/LAN infrastructure and communication systems. The IT Specialist installs, updates, logs, and upgrades systems, responds to technical issues as they arise, and leads or supports IT-related projects, changes, and improvements. The position plays a key role in maintaining system security, supporting disaster recovery objectives, and safeguarding the organization's data and critical information.
