## About the Role

Do you have experience in Stakeholder management?, * 2+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Business Systems, or related technology roles

 * Hands-on Tableau development experience
 * Strong SQL and data analysis skills
 * Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions
 * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
 * Ability to work independently in a client-facing environment

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience with GIS platforms and mapping technologies
 * Experience with API integrations and data connectivity
 * Power BI experience
 * Experience with Microsoft 365 and business applications
 * Experience coordinating third-party technology vendors
 * Transportation, logistics, railroad, or industrial industry experience

## Description

This position is employed by Cyber One Solutions and assigned as a dedicated staff augmentation resource supporting a client environment., Cyber One Solutions is seeking a Business Intelligence Specialist to join our Staff Augmentation practice and support one of our growing clients in the transportation and logistics industry.

This role serves as the client's primary resource for business intelligence, reporting, technology coordination, and systems optimization. The successful candidate will work directly with client leadership and business units to develop Tableau dashboards, improve reporting capabilities, streamline business processes, and coordinate technology initiatives with Cyber One Solutions and other technology vendors.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with business acumen and can translate operational challenges into technology-driven solutions that improve visibility, efficiency, and decision-making.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Intelligence & Analytics

 * Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports
 * Transform operational data into meaningful business insights
 * Partner with department leaders to identify reporting needs and KPIs
 * Ensure data quality and consistency across reporting platforms

Business Systems & Process Improvement

 * Evaluate business processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization
 * Support system integrations between internal and third-party platforms
 * Assist with database management, reporting structures, and data governance initiatives
 * Support GIS and mapping-related technology initiatives when applicable

Technology Coordination

 * Serve as the primary liaison between the client and Cyber One Solutions
 * Coordinate technology projects, support requests, and vendor engagements
 * Assist with technology planning and implementation efforts
 * Maintain documentation for systems, processes, and technology initiatives

Website & Platform Administration

 * Support maintenance and enhancement of company websites and digital platforms
 * Coordinate website updates, integrations, and functionality improvements
