You know how to turn research and business goals into clear user flows, usable information architecture, and polished interfaces. Your visual foundation is strong: typography, hierarchy, grids, color, components, responsive layouts, interaction design, and accessibility all show up in the details. * You are comfortable partnering directly with developers. Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, responsive behavior, design tokens, and Git/GitHub is important; JavaScript fundamentals are a plus. You do not need to be a full-time engineer, but you understand how digital products are built and can make smart, implementation-aware design decisions. Hands-on Framer experience is required., * You understand that design is not finished at launch. You are fluent in web engagement and conversion best practices, with working knowledge of GA4 and SEO fundamentals. Experience with tools such as Mixpanel, Hotjar, or Mouseflow is a plus. More importantly, you can turn behavioral data and feedback into a clear hypothesis, test, and better design decision. * AI is part of how you work - not a replacement for judgment or craft. You use tools such as ChatGPT, Claude Code, Gemini, Figma AI, and AI-assisted prototyping or image-generation tools to accelerate research synthesis, exploration, UX writing, documentation, and iteration. You know how to write effective prompts, validate outputs, protect sensitive information, and apply AI responsibly to increase velocity without lowering the bar., * You are a strategic, curious designer who can move comfortably between the big picture and the last pixel. You enjoy solving complex problems, but you do not make experiences more complicated than they need to be. You bring structure to an evolving design system, advocate confidently for the user, and make every partner around the table better. * You take ownership without working in a silo. You ask smart questions, surface solutions early, and stay engaged through launch so that the final output reflects the intent of your design. You are comfortable in a fast-moving agency environment, can manage competing priorities with composure, and hold a high standard for both craft and follow-through. * We are looking for someone with 3+ years of UX/UI or product design experience (or a portfolio that demonstrates equivalent depth) and experience collaborating with developers in iterative product teams. However, the stronger signal is a portfolio that proves you can solve real user problems and build systems that last. * At Blue Pixel Creates, we value relentless partnership, intelligent innovation, and the art of simplification. You will thrive here if you bring sound judgment, positive momentum, and care to every experience you build. ## Description * Build and maintain Blue Pixel's Figma design system, component libraries, templates, and standards so work stays consistent, efficient, and ready to scale. * Design responsive web and mobile experiences, lifecycle and transactional email templates, and social content systems that are practical for teams to use. * Own and evolve Blue Pixel's internal Framer website, partnering with creative, strategy, and development teams to protect the experience through implementation. * Use customer feedback, usability testing, engagement data, and performance insights to improve the work after it goes live.
