## About the Role

Software: Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of operating systems and applications.
-Hardware: diagnostics and repairs on laptops and desktops. Hardware upgrades. Drivers. New computer builds.
-Customer Data: backup and restoration, transfer of user data between computers or OS installations. Email and Cloud account setup. Password recovery.
-Virus and malware removal.

 - Understanding IP networking is a plus.

Relevant certification, education and professional experience are helpful, but not strictly required. More importantly, the right person will be able to:
