Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship to obtain or keep U.S. work authorization. ## Description Regal Rexnord is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Product Lead with strong expertise in Oracle EBS Release 12.1.3 Finance . The ideal candidate brings 70% technical and 30% functional capability, with 5-7 years of hands-on experience supporting, designing, and developing Oracle ERP solutions in a manufacturing environment. This role will be responsible for architecting financial solutions, developing custom components, managing data conversions, and supporting core financial modules across the enterprise., * Design, document, develop, test, and implement IT software solutions within Oracle EBS. * Develop Oracle ERP solutions using Oracle Forms/Reports 10g, PL/SQL, Unix Shell Scripting, SQL Server , and related technologies. * Build and enhance Oracle ERP modules including Payables, Receivables, Fixed Assets, General Ledger, and Costing . * Define business requirements, configure standard Oracle applications, perform gap analysis, and design functional/technical solutions. * Provide production support and resolve issues across Oracle Financial modules. * Customize Oracle functionality and develop interfaces to external systems. * Lead and execute Finance-related data conversions and migrations from legacy systems to Oracle EBS. * Conduct system testing, troubleshoot software issues, and ensure successful deployment. * Recommend new technologies, tools, and processes to improve system efficiency and business performance. * Support business process reengineering initiatives and promote lean concepts through Oracle ERP best practices. Key Responsibilities * Lead development and conversion activities for Inventory (INV), Order Management (OM), Accounts Receivable (AR), Work in Process (WIP), Bills of Material (BOM), Accounts Payable (AP), and Purchase Order (PO) modules. * Design, build, test, and deploy custom Oracle RICEFW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows). * Develop solutions using PL/SQL, SQL, XML Publisher, BI Publisher, Form Personalization, WEBADI , and other Oracle tools. * Assist in the design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle EBS applications. * Lead Oracle data conversion activities and support migration from legacy systems. * Coordinate Conference Room Pilots (CRPs) , User Acceptance Testing (UAT) , and implementation activities. * Provide integrated systems planning and recommend technologies to improve operational efficiency. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor technical team members. * Understand and manage integrations with bolt-on applications such as Esker, Concur, and Bank Interfaces . * Analyze financial and operational data to provide insights to business and IT stakeholders. * Produce high-quality documentation for solution designs, configurations, and technical components.
