 * Expert-level computer skills and proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint required

 * Strong understanding of statistical and predictive modeling along with coding / modeling experience

 * Knowledge of Workday data / reporting and database administration, Education, licenses, certifications, and experience required to fulfill the essential duties, include computer skills as required.

## Description

The following duties and responsibilities generally reflect the expectations of this position but are not intended to be all-inclusive.

Technology

 * Develop deep understanding of PS analytics technology investments, both back-end data flows and user experience

 * Heavy interaction with peers and stakeholders (internal and external to DaVita)

 * Ability to prioritize multiple asks and understand which business problems are most important for us to help solve

Data Management

 * Responsible for ensuring data integrity across multiple systems

 * Continuous oversight ensuring data processes (transformations, calculations, etc.) run as efficient as possible

Reporting

 * Create and maintain self-service reporting model across our platforms

 * Help report owners scope out needs and develop solutions to meet these needs

 * Drive towards automation and self-service

Analytics

 * Creativity to identify analytical tools suited to uncover new insights about our Teammates
