## Description

The Computer Programmer develops, tests, and maintains applications supporting client business operations. The role involves working with business and technical stakeholders throughout the system development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, implementation, troubleshooting, and ongoing support, to deliver reliable, secure, and efficient technology solutions., * Design, develop, test, implement, and maintain applications and programming solutions.

 * Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into application designs, technical specifications, and programming solutions.
 * Prepare and maintain program documentation, operating procedures, technical specifications, and user support materials.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve application defects, production issues, and system performance problems, including on-call support as needed.
