This is a hands-on, technically demanding role for a professional who has designed, implemented, and maintained enterprise-level network infrastructures in DoD or similarly complex environments. The right candidate brings deep experience with Cisco networking equipment, firewall administration, and Windows Server environments - and can operate independently in a fast-paced, mission-focused setting where network availability directly impacts operational readiness. This is not a helpdesk or junior systems administrator role.
