## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
 * Senior-level experience designing, developing, and deploying enterprise Appian applications from requirements through production.
 * Expertise in Appian process models, SAIL interfaces, records, reports, expression rules, and data types (CDTs).
 * Experience with Appian integrations, including REST/SOAP web services, connected systems, and plug-ins.
 * Strong knowledge of relational databases (SQL, Oracle, or similar) and data modeling.
 * Experience with application performance tuning, security configuration, and Appian best practices.
 * Ability to lead technical design sessions, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior developers.
 * Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
 * Familiarity with Appian Cloud and on-premises environments, as well as deployment and DevOps practices., * Appian Certified Senior Developer or Appian Certified Lead Developer.
 * Robotic Process Automation (RPA) experience, including Appian RPA or similar platforms (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere).
 * Experience in healthcare IT or healthcare insurance, including familiarity with HIPAA compliance and claims, eligibility, or member management workflows., * Appian Development: 5 years (Required)

License/Certification:

 * Appian development certification (Preferred)
