## About the Role

We are looking for a Data Analyst with 5-8+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and reporting. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, hands-on expertise in SQL and data visualization tools, and experience transforming complex datasets into actionable business insights. Exposure to cloud-based data platforms and AI-driven analytics is highly desirable., · Strong SQL and data analysis expertise Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data manipulation and analysis

· Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar visualization tools

· Advanced Excel and data reporting skills

· Data modeling and data warehousing concepts

· Statistical analysis and business metrics interpretation

· Experience working with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, BigQuery, or Synapse

· Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills

· Excellent communication and presentation abilities

Preferred Skills:

· Experience with Snowflake and Databricks

· Exposure to Generative AI, AI-powered analytics, and natural language querying

· Knowledge of PySpark and large-scale data processing

· Familiarity with ETL/ELT pipelines and data governance practices

· Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform ecosystems

· Knowledge of Machine Learning fundamentals and forecasting techniques

· Experience with Streamlit, Jupyter Notebooks, and self-service analytics platforms

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.

· 4-8 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Reporting roles.

## Description

· Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.

· Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs using BI tools.

· Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.

· Perform data validation, quality checks, and reconciliation to ensure data accuracy.

· Create ad-hoc reports and conduct root cause analysis to support business decisions.

· Design and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.

· Work closely with Data Engineering and Data Science teams to support analytics initiatives.

· Support predictive analytics, AI-driven insights, and business performance monitoring.

· Document business rules, metrics definitions, and analytical processes.

· Present findings and recommendations to business and leadership teams.
