## About the Role

* 8-12+ years of Payroll Systems experience, including 5+ years with Workday Payroll
 * Proven experience leading end-to-end Workday Payroll implementations
 * Expertise in US Payroll (Global Payroll experience preferred)
 * Strong knowledge of payroll configuration, tax compliance, garnishments, retro processing, and payroll audits
 * Experience with Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, and third-party payroll integrations
 * Ability to lead client workshops, manage stakeholders, and mentor project teams
 * Experience with payroll testing, UAT, go-live, and post-production support

 * Workday Payroll Certification (US Payroll preferred)
 * Experience with global payroll, Cloud Connect for Payroll (CCP), and Workday HCM modules
 * Knowledge of SOX, GDPR, Prism Analytics, and payroll reporting
