## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or other related field or equivalent experience.
 * Experience working with MSSQL databases including query optimization, report creation, and development using T-SQL.
 * Experience with functional, regression, integration, and system testing
 * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, organization and communication skills
 * Advanced reasoning and strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
 * Ability to develop processes and methodologies
 * Effective time management skills, * Experience with Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management Systems
 * Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) knowledge/awareness
 * Hands-on experience with test case design, defect tracking, and test management tools (e.g., SpiraTeam)
 * Certification in healthcare revenue cycle management (e.g., CRCR) is a plus (or willingness to obtain)
 * Experience developing and implementing web-based applications

## Description

* Develop, maintain, and document in-house IT business applications using Microsoft SQL (2008 and later)
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
 * Utilize strong SQL skills to optimize database performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
 * Develop both internal and external reports using MSSQL
 * Complete functional, regression, integration, and system testing and communicate, and document findings as instructed
 * Implement processes and methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness
 * Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
 * Adapt quickly to external environment and organizational changes
 * Multi-task multiple execution team deliverables and ensure deadlines are met
