## About the Role

* 4+ years of experience analyzing structured and unstructured data using SQL, SAS, or UNIX
 * 4+ years of hands-on experience working AWS environments
 * 4+ years of experience using data visualization tools such as Tableau
 * 4+ years of experience scripting with Python, R, Pyspark
 * Experience building and maintaining data pipelines and ETL processes using SQL, Python, and AWS (e.g., S3, Lambda, Glue, Redshift)
 * Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with engineers, product owners, and stakeholders
 * Ability to perform data profiling, validation, and reconciliation to ensure data accuracy
 * Capable of identifying and resolving data quality issues while supporting ongoing data governance efforts

Desired:

 * Experience managing and building datasets in Snowflake and/or Databricks
 * Prior experience in a financial services or large enterprise environment
 * Familiarity with data privacy, security, and compliance standards

## Description

Summit Human Capital is seeking a highly motivated Data Analyst to support our client in a hybrid capacity in Richmond, VA with a Fortune 100 client. The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria, * Analyze and communicate data insights across cross-functional teams

 * Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to support critical projects in card modernization
 * Develop dashboards, queries, and real-time visualizations using industry-standard tools
 * Support the transition of external systems to internal infrastructure
 * Enable modernization by leveraging cloud-based data tools and practices
 * Translate business needs into scalable technical data solutions aligned with enterprise goals
