## About the Role

* 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, ideally with significant hands-on experience in C#/.NET.
\n

 * Strong experience building production applications using C#, .NET / .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC/Core, REST APIs, and SQL.
\n

 * Strong software engineering fundamentals including application architecture, APIs, object-oriented development, testing, CI/CD, and production deployment.
\n

 * Hands-on Python development, particularly for AI applications, backend services, APIs, or automation.
\n

 * Experience integrating LLMs into production software applications.
\n

 * Experience working with OpenAI APIs or comparable LLM APIs/platforms.
\n

 * Experience building AI agents, agentic workflows, or AI-enabled application features.
\n

 * Hands-on experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP), ideally including development of custom MCP servers or tools.
\n

 * Understanding of authentication, authorization, APIs, and secure service-to-service communication.
\n

 * Experience with cloud environments such as Azure or AWS.
\n

 * Ability to take ownership of complex engineering problems from architecture and design through production deployment.
\n, * Experience in the legal industry.

 * Experience with iManage Cloud API, PowerShell, Salesforce, SharePoint, Azure DevOps, Aderant, Workday.
