We are seeking an experienced Senior Storage & Backup Administrator to own the reliability, lifecycle, security, resilience, and continuous improvement of enterprise SAN, NAS, block storage, backup/recovery, monitoring, and infrastructure-service platforms., This is a highly technical, hands-on infrastructure role requiring deep expertise with Dell Technologies storage and data protection, Cisco SAN/NX-OS, enterprise backup and recovery, VMware, monitoring, automation, and AWS. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of enterprise infrastructure experience and can independently lead complex storage, recovery, incident, and data-center activities., n

 * 10+ years of progressive enterprise infrastructure experience
\n

 * 5+ years administering enterprise SAN, NAS, or block-storage platforms
\n

 * 5+ years administering enterprise backup and recovery platforms
\n

 * Advanced experience with Dell Technologies platforms such as PowerStore, Isilon/OneFS, Avamar, or Data Domain
\n

 * Advanced Cisco SAN switching and NX-OS experience
\n

 * Strong experience with zoning, provisioning, replication, storage networking, performance, capacity, lifecycle, and recovery validation
\n

 * Experience with infrastructure monitoring tools such as Icinga, Grafana, or comparable platforms
\n

 * Experience with Ansible, scripting, automation, or configuration management
\n

 * Working knowledge of VMware vSphere, Windows Server, Linux, Cisco UCS, Nutanix, and AWS
\n

 * Experience with enterprise backup/storage integrations
\n

 * Experience with ITSM, 24x7 operations, change control, patching, vulnerability remediation, major incidents, and RCA
\n

 * Hands-on data-center infrastructure experience
\n

 * Strong vendor/MSP coordination and escalation experience
\n

 * Strong technical documentation and management-level presentation skills
\n

 * Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; or Associate degree/military/industry training with equivalent professional experience
