## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) or related discipline or equivalent professional experience
 * Minimum of 10+ years work experience in Network Engineering
 * Prior experience with satellite ground systems design, development, or integration & test
 * Demonstrated communications skills (verbal and written) with the ability to prepare and present program status to management and customers
 * An Active Secret clearance to start (Must be a US citizen).

Desired Skills

 * Experience working in an Agile I&T environment, including tools such as Jira and Confluence
 * Experience designing and documenting network architectures
 * Experience working with Cisco Router and Switch hardware products and IOS
 * Experience with IP Multicast and related protocols like IGMP, PIM
 * Experience with layer 3 networking and tunneling and related protocols like BGP, GRE, IPSec, DMVPN, L3VPN
 * Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot network problems
 * Deliver effective customer presentations that include performance results, schedule status, and corrective action details
 * Active Secret clearance or higher
 * Support occasional business travel (up to 25%)
