## About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented System & Network Engineer to design, implement, manage, and support our IT infrastructure. This role requires strong expertise in networking, cloud technologies, and modern identity management solutions, with a focus on Microsoft ecosystems., + 3-5+ years of experience in system and network engineering or similar role

 + Strong knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, switching)
 + Hands-on experience with managed switches, firewalls, and wireless access points
 + Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and migrations
 + Proficiency in Azure AD / Entra ID and identity management
 + Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure
 + Knowledge of on-premise infrastructure including Windows Server and Active Directory
 + Familiarity with VPN technologies and network security best practices
 + Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications

 + Experience working in an MSP (Managed Service Provider) environment
 + Certifications such as:
o Microsoft (Azure Administrator, M365)
o CompTIA Network+ or Security+

 + Experience with backup solutions, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning
 + Scripting or automation experience (PowerShell preferred)

## Description

+ Design, deploy, and maintain network infrastructure including managed switches, firewalls, and wireless access points
 + Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity, latency, and security issues
 + Plan and execute cloud migrations from on-premise environments to Microsoft 365 and Azure
 + Manage and support Microsoft 365 (O365) services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive
 + Administer Azure Active Directory / Entra ID , including user provisioning, group policies, conditional access, and identity security
 + Implement and maintain hybrid environments integrating on-premise Active Directory with cloud identity platforms
 + Configure and manage firewalls, VPNs, and network security policies
 + Perform system upgrades, patching, and routine maintenance of servers and network devices
 + Support virtualization platforms (e.g., Hyper-V or VMware) and server infrastructure
 + Maintain documentation for network architecture, configurations, and procedures
 + Collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver infrastructure improvements and IT solutions
