## About the Role

BeonRG is seeking an Application Developer to help design, develop, maintain, and improve software applications that support business operations and user needs. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in application development, problem-solving, debugging, and software maintenance, with the ability to collaborate with technical and nontechnical team members., * Experience with application development, software programming, or a related technical field.

 * Knowledge of at least one programming language, such as Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, or a comparable language.
 * Understanding of software development principles, debugging, and testing practices.
 * Familiarity with relational databases and SQL.
 * Ability to analyze technical problems and develop practical solutions.
 * Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
 * Ability to manage assigned tasks and meet project deadlines., * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
 * Experience working with web applications, application frameworks, or REST APIs.
 * Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
 * Knowledge of application security, performance optimization, and deployment processes.
 * Experience working in an Agile or collaborative software development environment.
