## About the Role

* 3+ years of hands-on IFS ERP experience.
 * Working knowledge of at least one or more IFS functional areas:
 + Finance / Financials
 + Projects / Project Management
 + Field Service Management (FSM)
 * Experience providing ERP application support or T1/T2 support.
 * Experience with IFS Cloud preferred.
 * Strong IFS Applications/on-premises experience will also be considered.
 * Experience using JIRA for ticket and issue management.
 * Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
 * Ability to investigate problems independently before escalating.
 * Strong written communication and documentation skills.
 * Ability to create clear SOPs and user-facing documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience supporting IFS Cloud implementations or upgrades.
 * Experience with IFS configuration and application enhancements.
 * Experience with Power BI reporting and dashboards.
 * Experience in construction, MEP, field service, engineering, or project-driven organizations.
 * Experience with ERP upgrade testing, regression testing, and change management.
 * Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
