 * Backup and disaster recovery solutions
 * VoIP phone systems

## Description

* Providing end-user technical support for business and residential customers
 * Diagnosing and repairing desktop and laptop computers
 * Malware removal and general computer troubleshooting
 * Assisting customers by phone, remote support, in-store, and occasionally on-site
 * Installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software
 * Documenting work performed and communicating solutions to customers
 * Learning and supporting new technologies as needed
